At Cross Haven, we provide genuine mobile phones and accessories across UAE. This policy follows UAE Consumer Protection guidelines.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Defective or manufacturing fault product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Transit damaged product
  • Unused and sealed packaging

Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Product Condition Requirements

  • Product must be unused and not activated
  • Original packaging required
  • All accessories and free gifts must be included
  • IMEI must match invoice

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or activated phones
  • Used accessories
  • Screen protectors or hygiene products once opened
  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Refund Processing

Refund approval: 2–4 business days
Refund transfer: 7–10 business days
Refund method: Original payment method only

6. Exchange Policy

Replacement available for defective or wrongly shipped items (subject to stock availability).

7. Shipping Policy

Free return shipping if error from Cross Haven. Otherwise customer pays return shipping.

8. Order Cancellation

Before dispatch: Full refund
After dispatch: Return policy applies

9. Warranty

Most devices include 12-month manufacturer warranty unless specified.
